Extremely Biased Management & No growth for experienced employees. JLL has a deeply biased management culture that favours flattery over hard work and experience.Promotions are not based on merit but on personal favoritism. Freshers with little knowledge and those who always busy flattering of mangers are rapidly promotedd simply because they allign with manager's personal interest , While experienced employees or who else not flattering are ignored and left frustrated. Senior manager and Assistant managers continue this toxic culture,making it impossible for skilled proffessinals to grow unless they constantly flatter their superiors. Communication from management is harsh and unprofessinal , and those who focus on actual work receive no recognition . instead, individuals who spend time pleasing managers get promoted without contributing meaningfully. No bonus if we resign on year end and year starting which doesn't make sense it's our money we have involved with our deduction which is affecting our financial. Other companies are paying the salary at what ever time the employees are reliving the job.
