Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HR dashboards to track key HR metrics such as attrition Rate.
• Utilize Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.) for HR data analysis and reporting.
• Analyse HR data trends, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve HR strategies.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of employee records by conducting regular audits and validations.
• Support HR compliance and audits by preparing required reports and documentation.
