HR Executive

We are seeking a/an Fresher/Experienced and proactive Human Resources professional to manage the day-to-day HR operations in our organization. This role focuses on ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes, employee relations, compliance, and maintaining a positive work environment. Recruitment responsibilities are not part of this role.

We are a Dubai based IT Services, Staffing and Recruitment Company with presence all over Gulf region, offering a unique engagement model to help our customers simplify their business processes to enable the achievement of business objectives.

Work Hours: 6 days working, 10:30 AM 7 PM (IST)

Location: Remote

Job Title: HR Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Employee Relations:
• Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing queries, concerns, and grievances promptly and effectively.
• Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
2. HR Administration:
• Manage and maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Oversee time and attendance systems, leaves, and payroll coordination.
• Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and procedures.
3. Policy Compliance and Implementation:
• Ensure adherence to company policies and labour laws.
• Regularly review and update HR policies as needed.
4. On-boarding & Off-boarding:
• Manage the on-boarding process to ensure new employees integrate smoothly.
• Handle exit interviews and off boarding formalities, ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in HR operations or generalist roles (preferably 3+ years).
• Preferably  knowledge of labour laws and compliance regulations of UAE and GCC region
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
