HR & ADMIN Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage employee attendance, leaves, and payroll processing.
  
• Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  
• Handle administrative tasks such as document management, record keeping, and compliance reporting.
  
• Provide support in managing company policies and procedures related to human resources.
  
• Assist with benefits administration and other HR-related matters.
• handling ESI / labour laws / compliance / PF
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of HR administration principles and practices.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with employees at all levels.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) for data entry and record keeping purposes.
