- Utilize job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and other recruitment channels effectively.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future requirements
- Assist in managing office administration tasks, including correspondence and record-keeping
- Day to day updation of the salary data for the workers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain attendance records for all employees.
- Address discrepancies and ensure timely reporting for payroll processing.
- Travel Assistance - Ticket, Hotel & Cab Booking
- Manage festivals & other celebrations
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Proficiency in English, Hindi & Gujarati
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle administrative responsibilities efficiently
