The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be capable of handling daily HR functions to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment Management : Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding .
Payroll Management : Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate salary distribution .
HR Documentation & Compliance : Prepare and verify HR-related invoices and documentation ; maintain employee records in compliance with company policies.
Employee Engagement & Administration : Organize employee engagement activities and support administrative functions as required.
Workplace Environment : Foster a positive work environment and handle employee queries and concerns professionally .
Requirements :
Education : Bachelors degree or equivalent; specialization in HR is an added advantage.
Experience : Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, payroll, and related functions.
Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software/tools .
Work Requirement : Must be available to work from the office (no remote work).
