Middleware Developer

• Design and develop middleware to enhance communication between hardware accelerator-bound processes.

• Optimize and deliver software solutions for HVP and VxWorks platforms.

• Collaborate with global engineering teams to implement innovative features and improvements.

• Take ownership of processes and contribute to product enhancements.

• Lead and mentor agile teams using Agile methodology and Scrum practices .

• Strong background in embedded software development .

• Experience with DO-178C standards for development and verification.

• Proven experience as a technical hands-on team lead .

• Customer-focused mindset with self-motivation to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

• Education : BTech / MTech in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical field.

• Experience : 5 12 years in designing complex middleware or software features.

• Hands-on experience with RTOS platforms such as QNX , VxWorks , or FreeRTOS .

• Proficiency in programming languages such as C , C++ , with exposure to LibC , LibC++ , and Java (preferred).

• Strong knowledge of security standards and features, including:

• Disk encryption, OpTEE , TPM2_TSS , and secure loaders.

• OpenSSL , FIPS , and operating systems security (eg, kernel hardening).

• Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVEs) .

• Proficient in DevOps tools such as Jenkins, CI/CT/CD pipelines, and build systems.

• Working knowledge of crypto_misc , ipnet , security events , and user management .

• Agile team leadership experience; Certified Scrum Master is a plus.

Additional advantage:

• Experience in firmware development, including board bring-up, prototyping, debugging, and verification.
