Job Responsibilities
1.Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
2.Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws, safety regulations, and other employment-related laws.
3.Manage employee relations, including addressing employee grievances, conflicts, and other workplace issues.
4.Oversee recruitment and selection activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring of candidates.
5.Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
6.Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonus programs, and employee benefits.
7. Maintain accurate HR records, including personnel files, attendance records, and other HR-related documents.
8. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
9. Manage and mentor HR staff, including providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and environmental policies.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. A master's degree in HR is a plus.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws, safety regulations, and other employment-related laws.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and must be familiar with MS Excel
Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
Good Communication skills
