Administer employee benefit programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management. Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR practices and policies. Manage employee records and maintain accurate HR data using HRIS systems. Manage administrative functions such as facilities management, office supplies, and equipment procurement. Ensure the safety and security of the workplace by managing security systems, emergency response plans, and safety training programs.
