Crm Executive

Role & Responsibilities

• Understanding over banking products like, Home Loan, Car Loan, Education Loan, MSMS loan etc.
• ZOHO CRM Plus, Deals Module, Analytics, Creator, ZOHO One ZOHO Desk, Mail Merge
• Efficient implementation, customization and administration of Zoho and related apps
• CRM Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of Zoho CRM (sales) and Zoho Desk (customer service) with an eye for continuous improvement and efficiency
• Monitoring & Reporting: Implement constant monitoring and optimization of processes, ensuring alignment with company growth. Share daily and weekly reports with the Chief of Staff, tracking performance and opportunities
• Collaboration: Work independently yet communicate regularly with sales, marketing, and customer service teams. Understand existing workflows, suggest improvements, and support the alignment with company goals
• Comprehensive understanding of Google Suite, with basic knowledge of Asana and Zapier
