Zoho CRM Expert Consultant opportunity with Infra Project co.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation and Configuration:
• Set up and configure Zoho CRM according to client requirements, including custom fields, modules, pipelines, and user roles.
• Design and implement data migration strategies from existing CRM systems to Zoho.
• Create custom views, dashboards, and reports for data analysis and insights.
• Customization and Automation:
• Develop complex workflows using Zoho's Deluge scripting language to automate repetitive tasks and business processes.
• Utilize custom functions and integrations to connect Zoho CRM with other business applications (e.g., email, accounting software).
• Design and implement custom forms and layouts to optimize user experience.
• Data Management and Quality Assurance:
• Ensure data integrity by establishing data cleansing and validation procedures.
• Monitor data quality and address any inconsistencies or issues.
• Train users on proper data entry practices and data management protocols.
• User Training and Support:
• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new Zoho CRM users on features, functionalities, and best practices.
• Provide ongoing technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and answer queries.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Technical Expertise:
• Extensive experience with Zoho CRM features, including lead management, opportunity tracking, contact management, and reporting.
• Proficient in Deluge scripting for custom development and automation.
• Understanding of APIs and integration capabilities to connect with other applications.
• Business Acumen:
• Strong understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle management.
• Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into effective Zoho CRM configurations.
• Knowledge of CRM best practices and industry standards.
