Role & responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive gold loan business and enhance customer engagement.
• Identify potential clients and effectively communicate the benefits of our gold loan products.
• Ensuring timely interest collection from customers, managing the cash and storage of the underlying gold assets.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely interest collections and contribute to keeping Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) under control.
