Role: DGM - Quality Assurance

Location: Pune/Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and implementation of Quality management programs for IS (it includes all system areas necessary for certification and accreditations required for business)
• Specific initiatives of - Quality Assurance of services getting delivered.
• Designing the systems and related documentation
• Harmonization and horizontal deployment of quality systems and other initiatives
• MIS on quality aspects to management
• Introducing the Technology and knowledge transfer in QA areas specific for BUs
• Training and education : Responsible for train the IS employees about quality standards
• Data Analysis : Analyzing the quality data to identify trends ,patterns and areas for improvement
• As a quality lead : all over responsible for Accreditation maintenance ,Quality control, Process improvement, Quality documentation ,Auditing and compliance, Customer compliant and Problem resolutions from quality point of you , Feedback management,Competency Mapping ,Risk Assessment, Site office Travelling
• Collaboration : Working closely with cross functional teams to ensure a compressive approach of quality
• Perform as require internal & external audit
• Developing & maintaining quality process for division

Additional Knowledge / Skills (If any)

• Experience in Head and Sr. Manager level expereince in Quality Services
• Sound technical and inspection activities knowledge
• Hands on experience ISO 9001 & ISO 17020 system implementation and maintenance
• Team handling
• Heading Quality Services and independing handle Third-party Inspection/Expediting /Vendor
• Knowledge of Certification Business & Bodies industrial services

Education

B.Tech Engineering

TPIA Industry will be Preferred

Certification or Training (If any required)

• IRCA Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015
• ISO 17020 accredited Inspection Body Type A
• ISO 45001/ISO 14001
• Knowledge of various sector product like chemical,oilc,gas,renewable,wind etc..
