Lead Auditor

- Plan, coordinate, and execute comprehensive audits for clients in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead audit teams and facilitate audit processes, ensuring timely completion and high-quality reporting.
- Assess compliance with applicable management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and industry-specific standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to clients.
- Develop audit plans and methodologies tailored to specific client needs and objectives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and industry trends to provide informed guidance.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior auditors and team members.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to clients, ensuring clarity and transparency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to implement corrective actions and monitor progress.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the audit department and the organization.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 6  years of experience in auditing, with a proven track record in a lead auditor role.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Lead Auditor certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.) are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of audit methodologies, risk assessment, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills 
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and audit management software.
