Quality & compliance Manager

Responsible for all quality related functions of the region.

Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output. Support production department in ensuring quality of the products shipped are as per standards.

• Develop, implement and ensure Quality procedures
• Enforces quality control system, ensure Quality procedures are followed and quality objectives are met.
• Attend buyer / customer / TPA inspections & Audits
• Ensure the factory meets all statutory and customer compliances/ requirements.
• Initiate measures to reduce wastage and rejections.
• Training and educate the employees related to quality of product/ process and standards. Compliance requirements.

Responsible for ensuring ISO /SA / CTPAT / Audit / Statutory norms are followed and prepare/ maintain related records/ documents.

Prepare Maintain update data in registers/ documents /software are per organization / managers instructions and generate / submit the reports to the concerned authorities on time in the required format.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile Experienced QA person, with 15 years experience, Textile industry experience preffered
