Quality Assurance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of manual testers, providing guidance and support.
• Allocate tasks and manage resources to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
• Execute manual tests to identify bugs and ensure the software meets business and user.
• Document and report test results and work closely with developers to resolve identified.
• Ensure adherence to QA standards and best practices within the team.
• Implement and maintain testing processes and methodologies.
• Review and analyse system specifications to identify testing requirements.
• Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and requirements.
• Participate in requirement and design review meetings.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve product quality and user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in manual testing.
• Identify areas for improvement within the testing process and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for team members to enhance their skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 15+ years in manual testing, with 6+ years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of SDLC.
• Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA)
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
