Software Quality Analyst

Description: Candidate responsibilities will include, the design, development, and deployment of a web-based management solution for the construction industry. Candidates must be highly self-motivated and comfortable managing projects of their own as well as working with the team to develop the core suite.

Role & responsibilities

The candidate will have the following Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Develop test plans/test cases/scenarios & execute them.
• Test all aspects of the Product like function/system/regression etc.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Identify, track, and document bugs, working closely with developers to resolve issues.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Analyze test results and provide clear feedback on product quality and performance.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.
• Experience with testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, Postman) and scripting languages.
• Familiarity with Agile development processes.
• Analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.
• Experience in Functional, Regression Testing.
• Strong focus in automated testing with a strong understanding of tools, techniques, and processes
• Possess Manual Testing Experience.
