Job Description
- Maintenance of High frequency (H.F) welders by (INDUCTOTHERM- THERMATOOL), (UNITHERM&EFD) welder.
- Industrial application of various instruments and their application like DIGITAL ENCODER, TACHOGENERATOR, PROXIMITY SENSOR ,TEMP.CONTROLLER,WATER LEVEL CONTROLER,PHOTO-CONDUCTIVE SENSOR,FLOAT SWITCHES, Flame sensor.
- Proficient in Plant Automation Control System, Maintenance, Installation & Calibration.
- Ensure that proper records are maintained and reports monthly reducing trends of expenses, breakdowns and non conformities.
- To attend the breakdowns, preventive & periodic maintenance.
- Designing of Control & Power circuit & maintenance of PCC&MCC panel.
- Electrical maintenance of a well designed Tool Room, and a large Surface Treatment Plant for CEW tube finishing. Maintenance of EOT Cranes ,Electromake crane.
- Maintenance of Seam annealling machine, Hydraulics & Pneumatic Systems used in line.
- Mapping the instrumentation needs of the company and defined technical parameters to facilitate procurement of right quality instruments,
- Monitoring total Plant Consumption Data & Provide general Electrical Service.
- Responsible for shift breakdown & shutdown maintenance.
- Maintaining Iso documantation work .Maintaining the ISO standards and procedures.
