Senior Civil Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

Reading architectural drawing and get executed the finishing work on ground accordingly.

Will be responsible for planning of civil and interior works of high rise Luxury Housing society like; fixation of high class Walls & Floor Tiles, Granite/ Marble Stone fixing.

Paint and polish of internal and External walls. Modular Kitchen fixing etc.,

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Should have done three year Diploma in Civil Engineering (Regular) from any Govt. polytechnic.
• Candidate must have min 8 to 10 years of experience of finishing work of Luxury Housing Project.
• Should have capabilities of handling Civil /site finishing work Individually and get the work executed from junior engineers and the contractor labour as per drawings.
• Should have capabilities of handling Civil work individually in maintenance / renovation in Mall or commercial place.
• Candidate preferably Gurgaon resident candidate.
