🔹 Role: Inside Sales Executive / Phone Sales Executive (Hindi)
📍 Location: Bangalore
💰 Salary: Competitive + Performance Incentives
📌 Experience: 6 months - 4 years (Freshers with excellent HINDI communication skills can apply!)
🔹 What You’ll Do:
✅ Call potential & existing customers to pitch EV products & services
✅ Understand customer needs & suggest the right solutions
✅ Convert leads into sales & build strong customer relationships
✅ Follow up on leads through calls, emails, & messages
✅ Maintain & update sales records in CRM software
✅ Achieve & exceed sales targets & performance metrics
✅ Handle customer queries, objections & concerns effectively
✅ Work with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 6 months - 4 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele-sales
✔️ Background in NBFC, Fintech, Ed-Tech, Banking, Insurance, or Vehicle Sales preferred
✔️ Strong communication & persuasion skills
✔️ Ability to handle sales pressure & achieve targets
✔️ Basic knowledge of CRM tools & MS Office is a plus
✔️ Fluency in Hindi/English (Regional languages are an advantage)
