Inside Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Managing calls and reaching potential or existing clients to interact with them utilizing pre-defined scripts

• Advising present or prospective clients over telephonic conversations on Products/ Services suitable for them
• Convincing and closing calls by converting into Sales for our products/ services
• Responding to inquiries and providing insights to Product development team on customer feedback and inputs
• Work closely with other functions for co-ordination of processes and smooth communication flow

Preferred candidate profile

1. Overall 1-3 years of proven experience as a tele sales representative or other customer service role. Experience in education/ business consultancy industry would be preferred

2. Experience in telephonic sales conversion and client relationship management with proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota over the phone.

• Excellent verbal communications skills in English is a must with other local languages

• Excellent written communication skills in English to draft tele-scripts and emails

• Ability to plan, co-ordinate and multi-task

• Ability to work to negotiate and convince customers

• Ability to work under pressure with Integrity both Personally and Professionally
