Position Overview:

Turno is looking for an Associate Product Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, business, marketing, and operations, to bring new EV loan products to market and improve existing offerings. You will leverage customer insights and market research to drive product improvements and ensure that Turno's products meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with senior product managers to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for EV loan products.

- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions, ensuring a customer-first approach.

- Assist in developing detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications to guide product development.

- Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize and execute on product features, ensuring timely delivery.

- Monitor product performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and drive iterations to enhance user experience.

- Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams.

- Partner with customer support and sales teams to gather insights on user pain points and propose solutions.

- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the EV and fintech sectors.

- Ensure all products comply with regulatory requirements and align with the company's sustainability goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, finance, or a related field.

- 4-7 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles (experience in fintech, EV, or lending industry is mandatory).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in every aspect of product development.

- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships.
