Product Manager - BFS (2-4 yrs)

Your Daily Dose of Awesomeness:

- You'll be the mastermind behind creating lending products that are so good, they practically beg to be borrowed. From ideation to launch, you'll own it all.

- You will drive the development and enhancement of LOS, LMS, BRE, Communication systems, and Reporting platforms to support scalable lending operations.

- Collaborate with lending partners, credit risk team , engineering & operations teams to define platform capabilities and technical requirements.

- Ensure system architecture supports modularity, scalability, and integration with third-party systems.

Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Lending systems, BREs, Communication workflows, and Reporting mechanisms in the Fintech/BFSI domain.

Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on scalability and efficiency.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools for product development.

Technical Acumen: Familiarity with technology stacks, APIs, and system integration frameworks
