Inside Sales Executive

Languages Required: Hindi, Tamil, Kannada (Fluency in all three is mandatory)
Experience: 0-4 years in Inside Sales/Tele-sales (preferably in EdTech)

Job Description:
Infinity Learn is hiring an Inside Sales Executive to connect with potential students and parents, understand their learning needs, and drive course enrollments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a proven sales background.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to promote courses.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable programs.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through consultative selling.
Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads.

Requirements:
Fluency in Hindi, Tamil, and Kannada (along with English).
1-4 years of Inside Sales/Telesales experience (preferably in EdTech).
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Target-driven mindset with CRM familiarity.
