Key Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing leads. You will work closely with our sales executives to support the entire sales cycle and ensure a seamless transition
from lead generation to closing deals.
Prospecting: Collaborate with sales executives to identify and target potential clients through various channels including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other methods.
Lead Qualification: Handle incoming leads by assessing their needs and determining their fit with our offerings. Qualify leads to ensure they are ready for the next steps in the sales process.
Lead Nurturing: Re-engage with lost or inactive leads to rekindle their interest and move them through the sales funnel.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and lead interactions in the CRM system.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to effectively communicate our value proposition.
Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, qualified opportunities, and revenue contribution.
Requirements:
Experience: 1-3 years of work experience in lead generation or a similar role, preferably in the tech or travel industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and compellingly.
Cold Calling: Comfortable with making cold calls and initiating conversations with potential clients.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software, LinkedIn, and other sales tools to manage and track leads (e.g. Gong, Apollo, Hunter, Expandi, Snov.io, LinkedIn, Hubspot, etc)
Adaptability: Ability to quickly understand new products, services, and market dynamics.
Team Player: Strong collaboration skills and willingness to work closely with sales executives and other team members.
Goal-oriented: Driven by achieving targets and contributing to the overall success of the team and company.
