content="About the job:We have requirements for Sales Development RepresentativesRole: Role will be of Sales Development RepresentativeLocation: BangaloreReporting To: Sales Development Lead (SDL)Core Responsibilities :Be able to create a pipeline of leads based on the target parameters set by the organization, conduct ongoing market research to identify opportunities and map prospects, identify decision makers and effectively reach-out to them.Identify business opportunities by prospecting / evaluating contactee s position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.Learn how Sigma Infosolutions works from the ground up and build the foundation for your career with us;Be the first point of contact for the company, responsible for developing prospectsIdentify key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to begin sales cycleProfile strategic accounts identifying key individuals, researching and obtaining business requirements and presenting solutions to start the sales cycleSet appointments for Sigma Infosolutions sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage leading to hand-off to sales teamsResearch your target companies and prepare executive summaries to turn your Sales Executive into a guru ahead of their calls;Drive attendance for webinars and live seminars, set meetings for conferencesCollaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approachEnsure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM applicationGood understanding of tools and processes for market research and lead generation through Email Campaigns, LinkedIn, Cold calling etc.Follows up and maintains relationships with new leads and existing potentials by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities.Collate, Manage and generate report day-to-day data related to prospects, opportunities, proposals, etc. using formats and tools prescribed by the team.Market Company s posts on Social Media Platforms Competition research about the services being offered by the companyExperience in IT services sales for the International Market with preference to USAHe/She should be highly self-motivated, target driven and able to work independentlyRequirements / Skills / Need to have:2+ years of successful experience in telemarketing, preferably in IT solutions / services (Candidates with experience in either ecommerce / fintech solutions will be preferred)Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presenceDemonstrated success in prospecting through Sales Navigator - LinkedIn, Personalised emails, Emailer CampaignsHighly organized with good time management skillsStrong attention to detail and Great active-listening skillsAbility to maintain a positive attitude in the face of rejection or criticismExperience collaborating with internal and cross-functional teamsExtremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethicGreat number sense and mathematical abilityStrong desire and ability to move up within the sales vertical of the organizationHigh level of integrity and strong commitment to building a successful companyAbility to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentAdept computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft OfficeExperience with CRM applications like ZOHO, Hubspot or SalesforceAptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently, while achieving production goals from assigned territory or set of accountsPromotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables.
