The Channel Partner Head / Sourcing Head (Sales) is responsible for developing and managing a strong network of channel partners, brokers, and real estate agents to drive sales and maximize revenue for the organization. This role involves building strategic relationships, expanding the partner network, and ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies to achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Partner Acquisition & Management:
Identify, onboard, and manage a network of channel partners, brokers, and real estate agents.
Develop and execute engagement strategies to strengthen relationships with partners.
Ensure channel partners are well-trained and equipped with necessary sales tools, marketing materials, and product knowledge.
Sales Growth & Revenue Generation:
Drive sales through channel partners and ensure achievement of revenue targets.
Monitor and track sales performance, conversion ratios, and lead generation from partners.
Develop incentive programs, commission structures, and engagement plans to motivate channel partners.
Strategic Planning & Business Development:
Create and implement channel sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and enhance partner engagement.
Expand the channel network to untapped markets and geographies.
Relationship Management & Networking:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate ecosystem.
Conduct regular meetings, events, and training programs for channel partners.
Act as a liaison between the organization and channel partners to ensure smooth operations and communication.
Marketing & Brand Positioning:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and branding initiatives for channel sales.
Support partners with digital marketing, lead generation, and customer outreach strategies.
Ensure brand consistency and positioning across all partner communications.
Education & Experience:
Bachelors/Master s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in real estate sales, channel partner management, or business development.
Proven track record of driving sales through channel networks and broker relationships.

Deep understanding of the real estate market, sales cycles, and industry trends.
