Omada Tools is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to drive growth in the distribution and channel sales for our Commercial & Industrial (C&I) product range, including power tools, generators, and HVAC equipment. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing distribution networks, strong knowledge of northern and western markets, and exceptional sales and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Development: Establish, manage, and expand distribution networks for power tools products across southern India
Market Strategy: Analyze market trends and develop region-specific sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
Sales Achievement: Drive sales performance to achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
Distributor Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and distributors, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategies.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and product management to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, market conditions, and channel feedback to the senior management team.
