Billing Specialist:

Will perform the following tasks

• Key task will be handling the generation of project / contract invoices through ERP system to include input of revenue and billing events, generation of draft and final invoice and submittal of final invoices to the customer based on prescribed invoice instructions.
• Makes edits to invoices regarding format and ensuring relevant back-up documentation is attached
• Responds to support queries within the defined Service Level Agreements ( SLA) from internal / External resources regarding invoices and the status of invoicing.
• Must be flexible to work in shifts and provide coverage on rotational basis on holidays ( limited)
• Should have worked in a ERP process environment with working knowledge of email communication
• Must have a keen attention to detail for accurate generation of invoices from data and troubleshooting, if needed.
• Any graduate ( commerce & accounting background preferred but not a must) with 1-5 years relevant experience.
• Willingness to work in a team is a must

All the above requisites plus

Must have a keen attention to detail for accurate generation of invoices from data and troubleshooting complex requirements for invoicing.
Communication skills to engage with internal / external customers

4 - 6 years relevant experience

Revenue Specialist ( Project / Contract Setup)

Will perform the following tasks

• Key task will be setting up projects and contracts into ERP (Oracle experience preferred but not essential) based on data received from Operations Personnel using standard contract and project templates
• Edits contract/project data as needed based on input from business operations
• Extracts documentation needed to support audit request of contract documentation
• Responds to support queries within the defined Service Level Agreements (SLA) from internal / External resources regarding contract / project set-up.
• Must be flexible to work in shifts and provide coverage on rotational basis on holidays (limited)
• Should have worked in an ERP process environment with working knowledge of email communication to support internal business stakeholders
• Must have a keen attention to detail for accuracy and troubleshooting complex situations, if needed.
• Any Graduate / B.com or Accounting graduate / postgraduate / CA Inter / Cost Accountant Intermediate with 3-7 years relevant experience.
• Willingness to work in a team is a must
