Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist

Key Responsibility Area

1. Handling Sales accounting, account reconciliation and taxation.

2. Ensure good book keeping and accurate financial records, including sales transactions, invoices, and revenues.

3. Maintaining outsourcing sales accounting tasks.

4. Meeting day-to-day transactional requirements of the customers/ client.

5. Coordination with IAF CDA on documentary requirement like MPL, Invoice Submission, Payment follow-up etc

6. Support in meeting the requirement of providing routine information hike Sales, Invoice Submission, Statement of Account preparation, Debit and credit Notes etc.

7. Ensuring timely and prompt customer SOA/sales and reconciliation.

Desired key skills

1. Proficient in of MS Excel / SAP or similar platform.

2. Preferred CA intern or have equivalent knowledge with experience of 3 to 5 years.

3. Efficient in handling financial aspects.

4. Posses good knowledge of accounts and bookkeeping.

5. Good in reconciliations.

6. Understating of sales Accounting.
