Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to lead the sales strategy and execution for our cutting-edge Digital Banking Solutions. The CSO will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, acquiring enterprise clients (Banks, NBFCs, and large financial institutions), and positioning our BaaS solutions in the industry.

The ideal candidate is a strategic sales leader with a deep understanding of fintech, digital banking, and enterprise sales. The CSO will develop scalable sales strategies, establish key partnerships, and drive digital transformation initiatives for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Growth & Revenue Strategy:

- Define and execute a high-growth sales strategy targeting Banks, Large NBFCs, and Financial Enterprises.

- Develop multi-year revenue strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Lead enterprise sales cycles with C-level executives, decision-makers, and stakeholders.

- Establish aggressive revenue targets and ensure continuous pipeline growth.

- Oversee pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and deal closures.

2. Market Expansion & Business Development:

- Identify new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities in Digital Lending, AI-powered Banking, and BaaS.

- Develop strategic alliances with financial institutions, technology partners, and regulatory bodies.

- Drive geographic expansion into new regions, leveraging fintech trends.

- Represent the company at industry events, fintech forums, and regulatory panels.

3. Sales Process Optimization & Innovation:

- Build a scalable and repeatable sales framework using data-driven insights.

- Implement AI-driven CRM and predictive analytics to optimize sales cycles.

- Establish KPIs, sales dashboards, and reporting frameworks for performance tracking.

- Develop automated lead generation strategies to enhance pipeline efficiency.

- Drive customer-centric sales approaches by leveraging digital channels.

4. Leadership & Team Development:

- Build and lead a high-performing lean sales team for high agility and productivity, reflecting the X to 10X start-up growth philosophy

- Foster a results-oriented culture with a focus on execution and accountability.

- Implement sales training programs focused on consultative selling, fintech solutions, and value-based engagements.

5. Customer Success & Retention:

- Establish long-term relationships with CEOs, Business Heads and CTOs.

- Collaborate with Product & Delivery teams to align sales with customer needs.

- Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives to maximize revenue potential.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 15+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience in fintech, banking technology, digital lending, or BaaS solutions.

- Proven track record of driving multi-million-dollar sales growth in financial services.

- Strong network and relationships with C-level executives in Banks, NBFCs, and Financial Institutions in India and South-East Asia.

- Expertise in Digital Lending, AI-driven banking solutions and Digital Identity.

- Deep understanding of Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) models and regulatory compliance in financial services.

- Strong negotiation skills and experience in complex enterprise sales & contract management.

- Data-driven mindset with experience in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), AI-driven sales analytics, and pipeline management.

- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to scale sales teams.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed annual revenue targets.

- Client Acquisition: Number of new enterprise clients (Banks, NBFCs, Large Fintechs).

- Sales Pipeline: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with high conversion rates.

- Market Expansion: Enter new geographies or customer segments successfully.

- Customer Lifetime Value (CLV): Increase revenue per client through upselling and cross-selling.
