Company Brief : Servosys Solutions is a CMMI Level 3 software product company in the space of Business Process Management (BPM) and Enterprise Document Management System (EDMS) with complete Mobility Application addressing the challenges like process turn-around time, organizational productivity, service quality, regulatory compliance, business scalability, operational visibility majorly catering but not limited to BFSI domain spanning top players in India Market.
Job Location : Noida / Mumbai.
Job Responsibilities :
- Planning, Building & Implementing Sales Strategy in the space of Software Product based Solution Sales to achieve business targets.
- Should have a proven track record of software sales success in BFSI vertical for the Middle East & Africa region.
- Responsible for coordinating sales efforts across a cross-functional team.
- Nurturing & leading scalable business, mapping and interacting with CXOs, Product & Business Heads.
- Experience in all facets of business development from generating "Potential Leads to Order closing" with excellent understanding of business application & strong network in the Banking space.
- Responsible for prospecting, qualifying, proposing, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Build credible and lasting relationships with prospects and customers for repeat business.
- Build, Train & own the highly competent Sales Team and utilize in-depth knowledge of sales lifecycles to lead High value deals and work under high pressure environments.
- Work closely with inter and intra departmental teams i.e.,Software Product, Pre-sales and delivery team, Finance, HR and ensure intra-function working is seamless for the sales team.
- Conduct timely sales meetings, reinforce priority areas for the year and co-create solutions with the team to address new business challenges.
- Leverage all available networks, channel strategy and alliances with OEMs like IBM, HP, Accenture, TCS, Infosys etc to uncover additional sales opportunities.
- Formulate & execute plans for representation of service offerings in various business and industry meetings and trade shows.
- Set customer expectations with our client's service offerings and delivery potential.
- Manage and support new expectations from management initiatives.
Required Skills- :
- Must have a proven record of Software Solution Sales success in BFSI verticals.
- Has held an individual contributor (BDM) role for over 7 years during the entire career.
- Ability to understand, articulate & effectively position the Value proposition of the Solutions & Services.
- Must be comfortable working with CXOs in articulating strategy, solutions and services offerings.
- Analytical and negotiation skills, ability to synthesize complex technical, business, and legal issues to apply that knowledge at solving problems and executing action plans.
- Knowledge of market trends, industry participants, new technologies & business models.
- Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Must be an independent thinker and a self-starter having good listening & presentation skills.
Qualification :.
BE / B.Tech / MBA with around 15-25+ years of experience in Leading sales for enterprise software solutions & services in the Information Technology Services across domains - preferably in BFSI vertical.
