Required skill and experience:
- A minimum of 15-20 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the Asset Intensive industries (Oil & Gas, Process, Manufacturing).
- Understanding of data driven programs and stakeholder alignment within the asset intensive industry
- Experience of positioning both SAAS applications and services within the target industries
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving quota.
- Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and the ability to navigate them effectively.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM / ERP platform.
- Good network with System Integrators.
- Previous experience working with OEMs and/or Big Four Services Organizations (a plus).
- Willingness to Travel across UAE for Business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve assigned regional revenue targets within the Asset Intensive industries (Oil & Gas, Process, Manufacturing).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers and partners, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Ability to independently lead sales discussions with a deep understanding of customer needs and technical processes.
- Experience of working with Procurement & Indirect materials stakeholders both at customer and within ecosystem
- Develop and close new deals, exceeding sales quotas.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to develop effective sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations.
