Role Overview:

- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic B2B Sales Leader to join our team in Mumbai.


- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales within the fintech or related industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive business growth through strategic partnerships and innovative sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in the B2B sector.

- Client Acquisition & Management: Identify and acquire new clients, while maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.

- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets, ensuring high levels of performance and engagement.

- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, and adapt strategies accordingly.

- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of Trustt/Novopay's products and services, effectively communicating their value propositions to potential clients.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

- Reporting & Analytics: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 6+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the fintech, banking, or financial services industry.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.

- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team, with strong people management skills.

- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the fintech landscape, including digital financial solutions, payments, and related technologies.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, with a good understanding of digital marketing techniques.

Location:

- This role is based out of our Mumbai office, with the requirement for occasional travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.
