** We are hiring for Specialist IT Desktop Support Engineer **

**Only candidate with good communication skills and computer science background**

Role: Specialist IT Desktop Support Engineer

Mode of Work: Remote (WFH)

Location: Pan India

Working Days: 5 days

Shift: US Rotational shift

Qualification: Only Graduates (BCA, BE, BSC)

**Certification with MCSE is preferred not with CCNA or CISCO**

Salary: 0.6 months - 1.5 Years

Responsibility:

Administration of Windows-based applications of basic principles, theories, and concepts
• Administration of Exchange, remote access technologies, Microsoft Active Directory domain administration, and support, including user/policy account creation, permissions allocation, creating file and print shares
• User desktop management with a working knowledge of system patch practices and imaging
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Networking principles such as DNS, WINS, DHCP
• Working knowledge of Cisco based routing and switching• IT Support to provide 24x7 on call production support

Preferred candidates:

1. Candidates should be comfortable with US Shift and remote

2. Candidates should have a good knowledge and hands on experience in DNS, Networking, DNCP

3. Candidate should be comfortable with 6 months contract

4. Candidate should have good internet connectivity and Wifi connection
