We are hiring for a leading manufacturer of innovative, high-quality films for automotive, architectural, and industrial applications. We are currently looking for passionate professionals to join our team in the role of Long Arm Sales Champion for the Pune to help expand our market presence in the Paint Protection Films and Window Films sectors.


Role Purpose

The Long Arm Sales Champion will be responsible for driving the sales of Paint Protection Films and Window Films within the assigned territories of Pune, Maharashtra, India. This role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including the Regional Sales Manager (RSM), Zonal Head, Distributors, and Third-Party Sales Forces. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing distribution channels, strengthening brand visibility, supporting promotional campaigns, and providing valuable market intelligence to help guide business decisions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales within the assigned territory, achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets for Paint Protection Films and Window Films.
  • Channel Development: Develop and strengthen the distribution network, dealers, and third-party sales forces.
  • Brand Visibility Awareness: Increase brand awareness and product visibility through strategic market interventions, including promotional campaigns and digital platforms.
  • Strategic Support to Channel Partners: Provide channel partners with marketing, rolling stock, and aftersales support to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Market Intelligence: Collect and analyze market data to provide actionable insights that support decision-making and strategy development for the region.


Key Deliverables

  • Sales Growth: Achieve predefined sales targets and explore new avenues for increasing market share in the assigned region.
  • Customer Development Retention: Build a strong customer base by generating repeat business and leveraging referrals. Focus on long-term customer relationships.
  • Field Sales Force Engagement: Ensure engagement, development, and retention of the field sales force, motivating them to meet performance goals.
  • Market Reporting: Provide regular reports on market analysis, sales performance, customer feedback, and competitor activities through MIS.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Sales Achievement: Measure the target versus actual sales performance (volume and value).
  • Customer Acquisition: Track the number of new customers (distributors, and OEM dealers) acquired.
  • Repeat Referral Sales: Track repeat and referral sales to measure customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Customer Claims: Monitor customer claims and eWarranty activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Growth: Evaluate sales growth over the last 12 months in the region.




Requirements
  • Preferred: MBA in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: 8-12 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or accessories sector.


Skills:

  • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language (Maharashtra)
  • Experience in channel management, direct sales tools, and sales techniques.
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on achieving results and meeting targets.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with a passion for travel and connecting with people.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and promotional campaigns is an added advantage.
