Functional Lead Electrical CSP-Finishing House

Job Objective: The objective of this role is to efficiently oversee the electrical operations during designated shifts within the textile industry. The primary focus for this role holder is to ensure seamless coordination of electrical activities, fostering strategic alignment with organizational goals and optimizing operational efficiency.

Role & responsibilities

Strategy: Providing direction to achieve the desired long-term and short-term objectives

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the enhancement of various electrical systems, aligning with organizational goals.
• Provide expertise in the assessment of current electrical processes, identifying areas for improvement and innovation to drive long-term efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical strategies with overall business objectives.
• Contribute insights to the development of technology adoption roadmaps for continuous improvement in electrical systems.

Operations: Executing the strategies to achieve the business goals

• Oversee and optimize day-to-day electrical operations related to various processes.
• Lead the implementation of standardized operating procedures to ensure consistent and efficient electrical performance.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure the reliability and availability of electrical systems.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to electrical efficiency and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Manage and optimize the use of resources, including equipment and manpower, to maximize operational output.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
• Relevant certifications in textile machinery or electrical systems in this specialization are advantageous.
