Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Production Head to lead and manage the complete operations of Paper Machine 1 at Trident Groups state-of-the-art facility in Dhaula, Punjab. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in paper manufacturing, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in managing end-to-end production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entire production process of Paper Machine 1, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to production schedules.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor and analyze production data, ensuring continuous improvement in performance and minimizing downtime.
• Lead and mentor the production team, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and excellence.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, quality, and supply chain, to ensure smooth operations.
• Drive innovation and process improvements to enhance machine productivity and output.
• Prepare and manage budgets, production reports, and performance metrics.
  

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in the paper manufacturing industry, with a focus on paper machine operations.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively in a high-pressure production environment.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of paper machine operations, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
• Analytical Ability: Strong skills in analyzing production data and implementing improvements.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
  

Education: A degree in Paper Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
