Job Description

Job Title: Zonal Head - Copier
Location: Delhi NCR
Industry: Paper (Copier Segment)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Zonal Head - Copier to lead and drive sales operations in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the paper industry, specifically in copier sales, or extensive sales experience in the FMCG sector. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of our paper business while managing a key market in the northern region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the copier segment in Delhi NCR.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning in the copier segment.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular updates and insights to senior management.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and supply chain, to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and budgets.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in the paper industry, preferably in copier sales, or extensive sales experience in the FMCG sector.
  • Proven Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage and grow sales teams and deliver results in a zonal capacity.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the paper industry and the copier market in northern India.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
