Role – Retail Marketing Manager
Location – NIBM, Pune
About the Role
This role typically involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness within a retail mall environment, collaborating with various mall tenants, managing marketing spends & vendors, analysing customer behaviour, and overseeing in-mall, ATL and digital marketing campaigns to maximize customer engagement and footfall.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Event planning & execution
• Preparing annual event calendar
• Planned & executed events such as Fests/Carnivals, Festive bazaars, engagement events, Christmas Carnival, Topical retail events, Open air events, targeting key markets that resulted in 20% increase in footfalls to the mall
• Planned & executed CSR initiatives
• Tie up with retailers for events to increase their sales Manage social media agency
• Brief social media agencies to conceptualize, create relevant & interesting content for Mall social media page
• Device & execute innovative influencer marketing strategy on social media
• Update & monitor mall website Design & execute internal & external communication for the mall
• Briefing advertising agency to create marketing collaterals
• Monitor performance of advertising agency & check if all the creatives are as per the mall standards Design & execute media communication & manage PR
• Execute tie-ups & shoots to promote mall
• Make Strategic presentations, Prepare monthly MIS & competition tracking.
• Responsible for the execution of retail marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotions for the brand launches and sustenance
• Identifying weak zones and strategizing to drive higher footfall and increase consumption, increase the onsite traffic
• Building customer loyalty with HNI customers for new collection launches, sale previews, new store launches, etc.

Requirements & Eligibility

• 3 - 5 years of experience in Retail / Mall Marketing
• Graduate with marketing specialization mandatory, MBA in marketing is preferred
• Proficiency with retail marketing
• Proven success in event planning & execution – preferably in a retail setup
