About the Role

An ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of building and scaling cutting-edge technology solutions. As a Product Leader at Trianz, you will play a pivotal role in driving product strategy, development, and innovation, ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of our clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and deep understanding of the B2B SaaS( Infrastructure / Data/AI) landscape.

What Youll Be Doing:

Product Strategy and Vision:

- Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and market demands.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation and growth.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities in Infrastructure and Data & AI to drive product innovation and differentiation.

Product Development and Innovation:

- Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to develop and launch innovative technology products.
- Implement agile methodologies to enhance product development processes and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Lead features development for SaaS products in the area of Infrastructure and for Data & AI platform.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

- Mentor and guide a team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with customer needs.

Customer Focus and Market Insights:

- Engage with customers to understand their pain points, gather feedback, and translate insights into actionable product features.
- Ensure that product delivers exceptional user experiences and addresses customer needs
- Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of Infrastructure and Data & AI trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.

Performance Metrics and Reporting:

- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Present product updates, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Who you are:

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Experience in driving product growth and scaling within an agile development environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and product management tools.
- Deep understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer engagement.
- Experience in both startup and enterprise environments.
- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Pragmatic Marketing Certified (PMC).
