To work and c ollaborate with business teams and other stakeholders (internal and external), including end users and integrating partners, to identify features and prioritize product backlog
Key Responsibilities:
Manage sprints and work with the engineering team to align and successfully ship the product / feature on time and as per spec
Work with design team to iterate over product user experience, perform user research studies, and create design prototypes
Define, measure, and improve key funnels and metrics to measure the success of the product
Analyze data to identify key leverage points to increase conversion, engagement and retention of the product
Develop a product roadmap, design wireframes, write requirements, and work in an agile environment to execute on the company vision and to meet OKRs
Lead product solutioning discussions with external platform partners in collaboration with business team
Perform market research and sizing along with competitive analysis to define product differentiators and identify potential new business opportunities and areas of growth
What we look for:
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a technology / product company
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Product Management role, building and improving consumer facing products
Minimum 2 years of experience in leading consumer applications in the B2C space at scale in Financial Service domain with Lending Products
Minimum 2 years of experience in leading digital Financial Services product teams
Strong customer focus and empathy for end users
Strong data and analytical skills
Proven expertise in defining product specifications and delivering product features with eye for detail
Knowledge of product analytics and tracking tools like GA, Clevertap, Mixpanel
Self-motivated and ownership driven individual
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills with cross-functional organizations, customers & stakeholders
