Assistant Manager-Maintenance

Job Responsibilities:

This position is required to achieve the desired level of performance in the following Key Result areas :

• Responsible for all the stores Maintenance related Process/issues.
• Ensure all maintenance issues are updated and completed on time by Regional Maintenance.
• Preparing and sharing weekly MIS for critical equipment and Maintenance Tracker.
• Preparing Electricity Provision and Electricity MIS on monthly basis.
• To keep Track of R&M expenses booked thru Regional Maintenance.
• To prepare budget vs actual for Maintenance spends on monthly basis.
• To keep track of all AMC Scheduled maintenance and ensure that these are getting executed on time.
• Collating all H&S next steps along with their updates and prepare Governance update on monthly basis.
• To prepare Asset transfer form and Capex requests for maintenance Initiatives.
• Do calls with regional maintenance incharge for critical issues escalated to HO.
• To prepare ROOT cause analysis for critical concerns after discussion with Regional Maintenance and keep track of it.
• Interact with Support office for daily comms related to Maintenance.
• Talk to vendor and support Regional Maintenance wherever needed.
• To liaise with procurement team for all pending POs and keep tracking the same.
• To track effectiveness of Procurement for agreed Timelines for PO thru Monthly MIS.
• To talk to Pune Accounts for pending Payments and ensure vendor services are deliver on time.
• To identify new vendor who can be taken on board for Maintenance Procurement.
• To follow up with AMC vendors for Weekly/Monthly MIS and ensure it reaches relevant stakeholders on time.
