Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition (Campus Recruitment) will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent from universities and colleges for internships and full-time positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & execute campus recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets.
- Build relationships with university career services, faculty, and student organizations.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for campus hiring.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies.
- Represent and promote the company's employer brand, values, and culture to students.
