Tranzeal - Senior Payroll Analyst (5-7 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end payroll process for the APAC region, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

- Ensure compliance with all local payroll regulations and tax laws across multiple APAC countries.

- Process employee terminations and final settlements accurately and efficiently.

- Prepare and analyze payroll reports, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.

- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation in compliance with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) requirements.

- Participate in internal and external audits related to payroll.

- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to resolve payroll-related issues.

- Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and best practices.

- Participate in payroll system implementations and upgrades.

- Provide training and support to employees on payroll-related matters.

- Manage vendor relationships related to payroll processing.

Required Skills:

- Over 5 years of payroll-related experience for the APAC region.

- Strong understanding of APAC payroll regulations and tax laws.

- Experience with employee terminations and final settlements.

- Knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance requirements

- Proficiency in using payroll software and systems.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
