Specialist - Human Resource/Reporting
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive reports using Workday reporting tools (calculated fields, custom prompts) and SQL queries.
- Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable insights.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of HR and talent acquisition data for reporting purposes.
- Monitor data quality, identify and troubleshoot discrepancies, and implement solutions to maintain data integrity.
- Secure sensitive employee and organizational data by adhering to strict data security protocols.
- Support compliance reporting requirements and effectively track and manage requests through ServiceNow.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure clear understanding of reports and data analysis.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition reporting.
- In-depth knowledge of SQL and proficiency in writing complex queries.
- Extensive experience with Workday reporting tools and functionalities (calculated fields, custom prompts).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
