Full Stack Salesforce Developer - LWC/Apex (6-8 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement robust Salesforce applications using a combination of declarative tools (Salesforce Lightning App Builder, Process Builder, Flows) and programmatic languages (Apex, Lightning Web Components).

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using industry-standard APIs (REST, SOAP).

- Develop and maintain comprehensive test coverage to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications.

- Perform thorough root cause analysis to identify and troubleshoot technical issues within the Salesforce platform.

- Actively participate in code reviews, scrum ceremonies, and provide regular updates on project progress and potential challenges.

- Manage data loads for various testing environments (SIT, UAT, Training) to facilitate efficient testing processes.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the Salesforce ecosystem and emerging technologies.

Qualifications :

- 6-8 years of demonstrably successful experience as a Salesforce Developer.

- Strong proficiency in Salesforce declarative and programmatic features (Apex, Lightning Web Components).

- Experience with Salesforce data management and security best practices.

- Solid understanding of integration concepts and ability to work with APIs (REST, SOAP).

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a collaborative Scrum environment (participation in code reviews, daily stand-ups).

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
