Executive - Plant HR

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive - Plant HR to join our team at the Jhagadia plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR operations at the plant level, including attendance management, compliance, employee welfare programs, and factory HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR activities at the plant, including attendance management and leave policies.
• Oversee compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
• Handle employee relations and conflict resolution in a factory environment.
• Coordinate and manage the Mediclaim program for employees.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training programs for plant employees.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and related HR documentation.
• Assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations within the factory.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: Any Graduate (MBA in HR preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years, maximum 7 years of experience in Factory HR, attendance management, compliance, and employee welfare programs.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations.
• Ability to handle HR issues effectively in a manufacturing or factory setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools.

Compensation:

• Annual salary between 4 LPA to 6 LPA, depending on experience and qualifications.

• Jhagadia, Gujarat.
