Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our field sales team. This role is ideal for candidates with prior experience in B2B sales within the fertilizer industry. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and ensuring the promotion and sale of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Sales: Visit potential and existing clients to generate and close sales.
• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key customers.
• Client Management: Regularly interact with clients to maintain customer satisfaction and resolve any issues related to product/service.
• Sales Targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the company.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and industry trends to effectively advise customers.
• Market Feedback: Gather market intelligence and provide insights to the management team to help shape future product offerings and strategies.
• Reporting: Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the senior sales team.

Desired Profile:

• Industry Experience: Experience in B2B sales in the fertilizer or related industry.
• Experience Range: Minimum of 2 years and maximum of 5 years in a sales role.
• Education: Any Graduate.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
