I initially faced an issue due to unprofessional behavior of the HR ( Nishikant Mishra) , which was disappointing. However, I truly appreciate how the senior management ( Special thanks to Mr Ajit) stepped in and , listen to our concerns and took the swift action to resolve the matter. Their professionalism and commitment to fair treatment made a huge difference. While our initial experience wasn't great , the way the leadership handled the situation reflects the company's dedication to improvement and employee relations. I joint here as a shift Incharge, management support me to make changes, in process, reduceing man power manual works, skill development of workers, company is good for workers and perks.

Because of workers Union, plant was suffering from good quality and quantity of works, hence products suffers.
